Strategic Sites Progress

Our Local Plan 2016-2036 Part 1: Planning Strategy sets out a strategy and policies for the use, development or protection of land and buildings in our area for the period 2016 to 2036.  As part of meeting our housing needs , the local plan identified 18 Strategic Site Allocations, capable of accommodating 100 or more homes, not already being met by sites with planning permission or already allocated for housing development.
