The installation of the drainage works are continuing at the entrance to site, and around the development.
The construction of the spine road through the site and the spur roads is progressing. The kerbstones are being installed.
The tree protection remains in situ.
The developer is using the wheel washing facilities set up by the entrance to the site.
Plots 101 and 102 are having their foundations constructed.
Plots 189, 190 198, 199, 200 and 206 are at ground floor level.
Plots 187, 188 and 195-197 are at first floor level.
Plots 3, 4, 5, 193 and 194 are at roofline.
Plots 1, 2 and 6 are at the internal and external stages.
Land is being cleared and surveyed ready for Plots 171-175 to have their foundations constructed.

The construction of the highway entrance from Station Road in to the site continues. The drainage is still being installed.
