2025 updates

The contractor is continuing with construction on site, specifically in relation to the required infrastructure
A temporary road closure is in place on Everton Road to enable drainage to be connected to the main, unexpected problems might delay these works
The first two drain runs on the site itself have been constructed, backfilling and road construction over the top of these has commenced
The plots will commence construction after this work has been completed
The Site Monitoring Officer noted that the road is being cleaned after each delivery to prevent mud accumulation and no issues have been raised to date
The site continues to be monitored by the Site Monitoring Officer
