Strategic Site 10: Land to the east of Brockhills Lane, New Milton
Our Local Plan 2016-2036 Part 1: Planning Strategy has allocated this land, known as Strategic Site 10: Land to the east of Brockhills Lane, New Milton for residential-led mixed use development and open space consisting of:
- at least 130 homes, dependent on the form, size and mix of housing provided
- on-site provision of public open space

Status: Delegated Authority be given to the Executive Head for Planning, Regeneration and Economy to GRANT PERMISSION subject to:
i) The completion by end of February 2024, of a planning obligation entered into by way of a Section 106 Agreement
ii) Delegated authority be given to the Executive Head of Planning, Regeneration and Economy to include the contributions as set out in the report together with any further additions, and amendments to conditions as appropriate.
The proposal for the site is:
- Phased residential development for 166 dwellings
- new vehicular access onto Brockhills Lane
- other associated works including landscaping, ANRG and open space
