Strategic Site 5: Land at Milford Road, Lymington
Our Local Plan 2016-2036 Part 1: Planning Strategy has allocated this land, known as Strategic Site 5: Land at Milford Road, Lymington for residential-led mixed use development and open space consisting of:
- at least 185 homes, dependent on the form, size and mix of housing provided
- on-site provision of public open space

Status: Granted subject to conditions
An outline planning application with details only of access and consisting of the following:
- residential development (Use Class C3) comprising up to 110 dwellings
- informal and formal open space, including Alternative Natural Recreational Green Spaces; footpaths, cycleways, and internal roads
- associated landscaping, utilities and drainage infrastructure including connection to the strategic foul network
- associated infrastructure and groundworks

A reserved matters application pursuant to condition 1 and 3 of outline planning approval (Ref. 20/11192) for the approval of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for 90 dwellings (Use Class C3), associated and ancillary infrastructure, utilities, public open space and play areas, Alternative Natural Recreational Green Spaces; footpaths, landscaping and sustainable drainage systems.
Vehicular access is to be taken from Milford Road, as approved under the outline planning approval (Ref: 20/11192).
