Community safety
The Safer New Forest partnership works toward making the district a safer place to live, work and visit.
Equality and diversity
We celebrate diversity and promote a culture of equal opportunities within the New Forest.
Cemeteries
We manage interments and memorials at our cemeteries in New Forest.
Street naming and numbering
We are responsible for the street naming and numbering ('SNN') process, to ensure that all properties within the district are officially addressed.
Community right to bid
The community right to bid arises as part of the Localism Act 2011 and aims to allow local community organisations to nominate local land or buildings of community value.
Residents survey
In September through to November 2022 we carried out a survey with our residents.
Our role in an emergency
We provide a range of services and support in time of emergency.
