2025 updates

Regular monitoring of this site by the Site Monitoring Officer continues:

The site has commenced construction of the plots in Phase 1 of the house build
Site work is moving at pace and is well organised
Construction of the main road and spur roads in Phase 1 is also underway, with drainage being installed
Construction of the footpath leading to the existing Augustus Park development has begun
Preliminary earthworks are being carried out in this section of the site in the areas that will comprise the ANRG (Alternative Natural Recreational Greenspace)
Plots 42-55, 70-75, 83-97, 100-104 and 108-112 are having their foundations constructed
Plots 77-82, 98, 99 and 105 are at slab level
Plots 106 and 107 are at ground floor level
