Construction of the plots in Phase 1 of the house build continues
Construction of the main road and spur roads in Phase 1 , with associated drainage continues
The road leading to the existing Augustus Park development construction continues
The footpath leading to the existing Augustus Park development is open to the public
Preliminary earthworks continue in the areas that will comprise the ANRG (Alternative Natural Recreational Greenspace)
Plots 12, 59-67, 70-76, 84-93, and 108-112 are having their foundations constructed
Plots 42-55, 77-83 and 94-103 are at ground floor level
Plots 104-107 are at first floor level
