The piling work in Phase 1 of the build is continuing, alongside the installation of the required drainage.

November 2024

The engineering works on the land in Phase 1 continue.

September 2024

The contractor continues to carry out the engineering works on the land in Phase 1 to level and prep it for the forthcoming construction of the dwellings. 

The drainage construction continues.
