December 2023

The construction of the road and pathway for the spine road continues.

The developer is using facilities for removing mud from the lorry wheels to ensure the road is kept clean.  No issues have been reported, despite the wet and muddy conditions recently.  

November 2024

The developer is using facilities for removing mud from the lorry wheels to ensure the road is kept clean. 

September 2024

The construction of the Phase 2 spine road continues. The kerb stones are going in at the Northern end of the site.

The developer is using facilities for removing mud from the lorry wheels to ensure the road is kept clean. 

Regular monitoring of this site by the Site Monitoring Officer will continue in the short, medium, and long term. 

January 2024

• The haul road is nearly complete.
• This will be the entrance to the site for the construction workers and deliveries of materials. The contractor has also started construction of the Phase 2 spine road.
• The contractor has stripped the topsoil and have imported construction material to commence building up the levels as per the agreed details. They are back filling at the moment and haven't commenced the actual construction of the carriageway.
