• Development has commenced.
• All Plots 1-9 have commenced construction.
• Plots 1 and 2 have their foundations constructed.
• Plots 3-9 have their slabs constructed and are at ground floor level.
• The agreed tree protection fencing is in situ.

November 2024

Development has commenced.

• The two conservatories have been removed from the existing building;
• The roadways have commenced construction;
• Earthworks have been undertaken on site to obtain the land levels required.
• The agreed tree protection fencing is in situ.
