Greener Housing Strategy 2022 to 2032

Our new Greener Housing Strategy details our plans over the next 10 years to improve the energy efficiency of our council housing stock and private homes in the district, whilst playing our part in reducing carbon emissions to help the UK meet net zero by 2050.

By completing the actions in our strategy, we will embrace new technologies in support of retrofitting over 5,000 of our Housing Service's properties, whilst encouraging inward investment in our district for the benefit of private residents.
