Fees and charges - Keyhaven River 1 January - 31 December 2024

There are waiting lists for moorings and dinghy parks, that can run into many years. Please visit the Moorings and launchings at Keyhaven page for more information and for an application form.

All prices shown are from 1 January 2024 and are inclusive of VAT. 

Waiting list fee 

• Moorings waiting list fee - £59.40
• Dingy park waiting list fee - £59.40
• Annual Admin Fee - £11.90 

The waiting list fee is paid once, to get on the waiting list. 

To remain on the list each year after that, you will need to pay the annual admin fee. 

Licence and mooring fees (annual) 

Private moorings (includes Licence and river Dues)

Dinghy park fees 

Annual 

• Dinghy park (per space, per annum) - £356.40 (£534.60 if non NFDC Council tax-payer)  
• Grass bank (per space, per annum) - £237.60 (£356.40 if non NFDC Council tax-payer)  

Seasonal 

• Seasonal dinghy park let (per space, per week) October to March - £17.80  
• Seasonal dinghy park let (per space, per week) April, May and September - £29.70  
• Seasonal dinghy park let (per space, per week) June, July and August - £47.50 

Launching fees 

Note that facilities for the launching of craft from trailers are extremely limited and capacity is small. It is not an activity that is encouraged. 

Single launch 

• Kayaks, canoes and paddleboards - £11.90  
• Sailing vessels and/or engine size 5 hp or less £11.90 
• Boats with engine size over 5 hp to 10 hp £17.80  
• Boats with engine size over 10 hp to 50 hp £29.70
