New housing development at Moore Close, New Milton
We are developing the land at Moore Close, New Milton, to provide new affordable housing.
We have successfully secured Homes England funding.
Amiri Homes have been appointed to build the development, to be completed late 2024.
The development of 10 houses and 6 flats will provide a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes.
These will be for rent and shared ownership.
The development will provide a children's play area, private and public amenity spaces along with car parking and bike storage facilities.
The homes will be built to high energy efficient standards and will incorporate green technology such as electric vehicle charge points.
For applications for rented accommodation you will need to join the housing register.
