Infrastructure Delivery Plan

The Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) identifies infrastructure requirements across the District, setting out what is needed, where, and when. It includes projects relevant to, transport, education, utilities, health, sports and the emergency services. 

The IDP is used as evidence for both the Local Plan and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL),
