Shared ownership leasehold management
If you are a New Forest District Council shared ownership leaseholder you will have a leasehold agreement with us.
Your lease explains your responsibilities as a shared owner and our responsibilities as landlord.
Our leasehold team is your first point of contact for a variety of leasehold enquiries, including:
- rents and service charges
- re-mortgaging
- struggling to pay your rent or mortgage
- applications to carry out major alterations to your home
- management and maintenance of shared areas.
