Shared ownership leasehold management

If you are a New Forest District Council shared ownership leaseholder you will have a leasehold agreement with us.

Your lease explains your responsibilities as a shared owner and our responsibilities as landlord.

Our leasehold team is your first point of contact for a variety of leasehold enquiries, including:

  • rents and service charges
  • re-mortgaging
  • struggling to pay your rent or mortgage
  • applications to carry out major alterations to your home
  • management and maintenance of shared areas.
