Changing your mortgage

If you are a shared owner and want to change your mortgage you will need to let us know.

As your landlord we own a percentage of your home and are required to approve any changes to your mortgage.

There are several reasons why you may want to change your mortgage, or borrow more money. These might be

  • to make the most of new mortgage offers, or
  • your introductory rate expires, or
  • you wish to make some home improvements.

When re-mortgaging it is important to ensure that you can afford the long term payments on your home. You may wish to speak to a financial adviser for information and advice.

You will need to instruct and pay for solicitors and cover our administration costs.

If you are looking to re-mortgage your home please contact us.
