Local Plan Part 2: Sites and Development Management
The Local Plan Part 2: Sites and Development Management sets out the detailed proposals and policies required to implement the planning strategy for the area agreed through the Core Strategy 2009 (PDF) [871KB] . The Plan includes the allocation of a limited amount of greenfield land for new development required to meet the local need for additional housing, affordable housing and employment land.
On 14 April 2014 the Council adopted the Local Plan Part 2: Sites and Development Management DPD.
