Business Rate payer budget consultation
We are seeking input from our business community for our annual budget setting process.
Despite expected increases in income from government-led Council Tax and non-domestic rate rises, our fees and charges strategy, and planned savings, the council's finances remain challenging.
Our Medium Term Financial Plan currently shows a budget gap of £466,000 for 2025/26, increasing to £2,693,000 by 2029.
