Chapter 3: CIL Report

(a)   the total value of CIL set out in all demand notices issued in the reported year;

Due to instalment policy some invoices will have not been paid in full during the reported year and some invoices from the previous report year paid in this year.

(c)   the total amount of CIL receipts, collected by the authority, or by another person on its behalf, before the reported year but which have not been allocated;

CIL allocations were dealt with via Cabinet and Portfolio Holders decisions during March 2024.  The details of these allocations are set out below in Section 5 of this report.
