Lifeline service costs
Analogue system - phone line required.
Digital system - no phone line required.
Standard installation for the Analogue and Digital Lifeline units is £43.89.
There is a one off activation fee of £50 for all digital installations.
If you require urgent installation there may be an additional cost but our team will be happy to assist you.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Rental prices of the Lifeline units are:
- Analogue Lifeline unit - £4.08 per week
- Digital SmartLife unit - £5.08 per week
Both include 24 hours 7 days a week access to our team in the emergency control room and also includes maintenance of the equipment.
All extra equipment is connected to your Lifeline unit which will alert our team in the emergency control room, ensuring necessary help is arranged without delay.
These are the rental prices per week:
- fall detector: £1.49
- smoke detector: £0.91
- carbon monoxide detector: £1.77
- extra pendant: £0.78
- identity wristband: £0.51
Ideal for people prone to trips and falls. If the device detects a trip or fall it automatically activates your Lifeline unit which will alert our team in the emergency control room, ensuring necessary help is arranged without delay.
