Lifeline service costs

Analogue system, phone line required.

Digital system, no phone line required.

Analogue rental:

  • analogue service, £4.08 per week (includes call monitoring and maintenance)
  • installation, £48

Digital rental:

  • digital service, £5.08 per week (includes call monitoring, maintenance, and SIM card fee)
  • installation, £48
  • digital activation (new customers), £50
  • digital activation (existing customers), £25

If you require urgent installation there may be an additional cost but our team will be happy to assist you.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Both include 24 hours 7 days a week access to our team in the emergency control room and also includes maintenance of the equipment.

Additional equipment

All extra equipment is connected to your Lifeline unit which will alert our team in the emergency control room, ensuring necessary help is arranged without delay.

These are the rental prices per week:

  • fall detector, £1.59
  • smoke detector, £0.99
  • carbon monoxide detector, £1.85
  • extra pendant, £0.85
  • identity wristband, £0.51

Fall detectors

Ideal for people prone to trips and falls. If the device detects a trip or fall it automatically activates your Lifeline unit which will alert our team in the emergency control room, ensuring necessary help is arranged without delay.
