How does the Lifeline work?
The Lifeline unit and pendant are installed by our trusted and experienced installers who will demonstrate the equipment to you and answer any questions. The Lifeline unit is plugged into an existing telephone line and nearby electrical socket. The Lifeline unit has a loudspeaker and a highly sensitive microphone, which enables a two-way conversation with our team should you need to activate your alarm.
Once your Lifeline unit is installed simply press the button on the pendant that you wear or the button on the unit to be connected to our team in the emergency control room who will have access to all your contact details and arrange the help you need.
We also have equipment which can be automatically activated if a fall is detected, please see below for further information.
