Appletree Careline

Our lifeline service uses a two-way speech system linked to our team in the emergency control room, where our trained operators will answer your call quickly, professionally and efficiently, and ensure that help is arranged.

Appletree Careline is provided by New Forest District Council and is available to everyone in the New Forest and surrounding areas, irrespective of housing tenure or age. We currently deliver our service to more than 2,500 customers.
