We own land and property throughout the district. Periodically, some of these assets are available for purchase.

Our land and property

The larger settlements where we own property are:

Hythe and Waterside areas
Lymington
New Milton
Ringwood
Fordingbridge.

Our property holdings are diverse, and comprise:

our administrative offices at Appletree Court (Lyndhurst) and the Town Hall (Lymington)
a range of health and leisure centres
two industrial developments
numerous sailing clubs
car parks
sports clubs
community buildings
housing estates
vast areas of public open space, woodland, coastal beaches and foreshore
