We provide public toilets for members of the public at 23 locations in the district. You can also check Forestry England visitor site facilities

Report a problem with public toilets

If you find a problem at any of our public toilets, you can report it to us using the online form below.

Facilities at public toilets 

All our toilets are cleaned regularly throughout the day and are cleaned every day with the exception of Christmas Day.

Water bottle refill stations

We currently have water bottle refill stations at four of our newer toilet sites. Their locations are:

  • Lyndhurst Car Park , High Street, SO43 7BJ
  • Beaulieu Car Park, Lyndhurst Road, SO40 7YE
  • Sea Road Car Park, Sea Road, Milford on Sea, SO41 0DA
  • Ringwood Gateway, The Furlong, BH24 1AY (Temporarily Closed awaiting maintenance)

Baby changing

All of our public toilets have facilities for baby changing except Calshot Spit Car Park.

Disabled users

All of our public toilets have facilities for disabled users.

Disabled facilities are kept locked using the RADAR key scheme. If you are registered disabled, these keys can be obtained free of charge from the information offices or by calling customer services on 023 8028 5000 or by email to customer.services@nfdc.gov.uk.

Adult changing places rooms

Three of our public toilets have facilities for adult changing places rooms for disabled users. These sites include a hoist for carers to provide assistance. Their locations are:

  • Sea Road Car Park, Sea Road, Milford on Sea, SO41 0DA
  • Recreation Ground, 3 Old Milton Road, New Milton, BH25 6EB

Unisex cubicles

Some of our public toilets have unisex cubicles. Each cubicle is self-contained with a sink and hand drying area, and locks independently. These are marked as 'unisex' in the list of public toilet locations below.

Cleaning schedule

We aim to provide public toilet facilities that are clean, safe and in good working order.
