Provide the following information in or with your invitation:

• the nature of your event
• when your organisation started
• your organisation's aims and activities
• membership details
• achievements of your organisation
• what you consider special about your organisation

Do not contact the Chairman directly or send correspondence to his or her home address. All communication should come through the Chairman's Office at the above address.

Once it is established whether the Chairman is able to attend, you will be asked to complete an invitation questionnaire, which you should read before issuing your initial invitation. You can download the invitation questionnaire below.
