Finding a commercial property

There are many commercial property websites that cover the New Forest. They include NovaLoca.

Council owned commercial property: any availability on Council owned or managed sites are advertised through commercial agents who use commercial property websites including those shown above.

Manufacturing and distribution sites can be found at locations including Hardley Industrial Estate and Ampress Park in Lymington.

Mixed-use development is located at various sites including the successful New Forest Enterprise Centre in Totton. The Enterprise Centre consists of 71 units varying in size from 785 sqft to 113sqft split equally between office and light industrial. 1GB broadband is available throughout the building with meetings rooms also available. All units are 'easy in - easy out' with just two weeks termination notice required.

There are now a number of co-working (shared) workspaces in New Forest. These offer an affordable and flexible option for your business, as many have 'easy in, easy out' terms.

If you're looking for a start-up office or workshop space but aren't quite ready to lease your own commercial property, shared workspaces may be a solution. Some also provide start-up support and advice for their tenants.
