Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your business rates. It is simple, quick, safe and you don't need to remember to pay.
You can spread your payments over ten monthly instalments. There is a choice of two payment dates on 1 or 15 of each month.
To set up a Direct Debit for your business rates payment, use the online form below.
There is an option to arrange payment over 12 months rather than ten. This will slightly reduce the amount paid for each instalment, but the annual total will remain the same. To arrange this, email firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will need your business rates account number, which is an eight-digit number starting with 30. This can be found on the top right hand side of your business rates bill. You will also need to provide your bank details.
