On Thursday 2 May 2024 there was an election for the Police & Crime Commissioner for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight police area held in the New Forest District Council area.

The Police Area Returning Officer (PARO) for the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight is Mark Heath at Southampton City Council.

The Police Area Returning Officer is responsible for the conduct of the poll and the declaration of the result for the whole of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight police area.
