Police and Crime Commissioner Elections - May 2 2024

On Thursday 2 May 2024 there will be an election for the Police & Crime Commissioner for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight police area held in the New Forest District Council area.

The Police Area Returning Officer (PARO) for the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight is Mark Heath at Southampton City Council.

The Police Area Returning Officer is responsible for the conduct of the poll and the declaration of the result for the whole of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight police area.

Information about candidates standing for election in the Police Force Area can be found at Choose my PCC website from 10 April 2024 and you will be able to download a PDF booklet or call 0300 1311 323 to request a booklet be sent to you.

Remember, you now need photo ID to vote at a polling station.
