Salisbury Road affordable housing development
With funding secured from Homes England, we are developing plots 37 and 39 at Salisbury Road, Totton, as a combined site to deliver 20 new affordable homes.
The development comprises of a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats for rent. The scheme will Incorporate green technology throughout, and all homes are being built to high standards of energy efficiency.
The approved scheme incorporates a variety of soft and hard landscaping and bicycle storage.
Amiri Construction Ltd, a local company has been appointed and commenced construction in December 2024, and completion expected for Spring of 2026.

Houses for rent applications
Homes for rent will be allocated to applicants from the Council's Housing Register in accordance with procedures set out in the Council's Housing Allocation Policy.
