Find out when the new waste collections will start for your household
The new waste collection service will be introduced in phases with different areas starting at different times.
Each phase area will have waste collections operating from one of our 3 depots in Lymington, Ringwood or Hardley:
- phase 1 area starts from June 2025
- phase 2 area starts from October 2025
- phase 3 area starts from March 2026
You can use your postcode to check which phase you are in, when your new waste collections start, and which waste containers you will use.
A small number of properties have needed an additional review to confirm which waste containers will be suitable. We are aiming to have finalised these assessments by the end of February 2025, please check back then for updates if this affects you.
When putting your postcode in please make sure you have a space between the 2 parts of the postcode. For example, SO43 7PA
