New housing development, Knightwood Chase, Fordingbridge

We are working in partnership with CALA Homes to deliver 42 new affordable homes as part of a larger scheme known as Knightwood Chase, Fordingbridge.

The new homes are being built by CALA Homes as part of their planning requirement to provide local affordable housing.

The new affordable homes being delivered from Summer 2025 and final units anticipated to be available from Autumn 2028.

The properties are of mixed tenure of 14 shared ownership homes for sale, 15 affordable rent, and 13 social rent compromising of a mix of apartments, and 2 and 3 bedroom houses.

Located on the edge of the New Forest, the properties are set within landscaped space including play areas and are within just a short distance of town amenities and transport networks.

All homes will be an energy efficient construction with PV, and have electric vehicle charging points in allocated parking.

Homes for rent will be allocated to applicants from our housing register in accordance with procedures set out in the Housing Allocation Policy.
