2025 updates

Regular monitoring of this site by the Site Monitoring Officer continues:

Works are continuing on the installation of the highway entrance
There is a three-way traffic control set up in the main road adjoining the site, contractors are currently carrying out service works
There are regular deliveries to the site as the build is continuing,the Site Monitoring Officer noted that it was well organised with banksmen and a supervisor directing all traffic to keep the site safe
The tree protection remains in situ
The developer is using the wheel washing facilities set up by the entrance to the site and no issues have been reported to date
Plots 172-176, 178 and 206 are having their foundations constructed, Plot 177 has been deleted due to layout and house type changes and these details have been granted
Plots 191 and 192 are at slab level
Plots 198, 199, 200 and 205 are at ground floor level
Plots 189, 190, 197 and 201-204 are at first floor level
Plots 187 and 188 are at roofline
Plots 1 - 6 and 193-196 are at the internal and external stages, the Site Monitoring Officer checked the elevations of Plots 1-6 against the agreed details
Land is being excavated ready for Plots 171 and 179 -186 to have their foundations constructed
