December 2023

The two main entrances from Hordle Lane, and in to the site, continue their construction. The road drainage is currently being installed.

November 2024

The application was considered by the Council's planning committee on 14th December 2022 and was granted permission on 28th June 2023 following the completion of a legal agreement. 

The applicant has submitted a CIL commencement notice advising a start on site of 1 November 2024.
