Information for garden waste customers moving house

Moving house in the district

If you are a garden waste customer and you are moving house in the district, we can still collect your garden waste.

We need at least 10 works days to update our records and make sure garden waste is collected from your new property.

Please let us know as soon as you can and email customer.services@nfdc.gov.uk with details of:

the address you will be moving from
the address you will moving to
details of when your garden waste collections will need to take place at the new address

Please take your bin(s) with you when you move.

We can only collect garden waste in the New Forest district.

If you are moving house outside of the district, please email customer.services@nfdc.gov.uk with details of when you will be moving.
