Webchat terms and conditions

You can use webchat on this page or on some other service pages to chat to one our team.

The information you provide via webchat will be held by New Forest District Council and used by us to investigate your enquiry and improve our services. 

We may share this information with the relevant contractor (if the service you require is contracted out by the council) to enable us to deal with your enquiry. 

Your information will not be used for any other purpose by New Forest District Council or the relevant contractor, and will not be passed onto any other third party without your permission. 

The information you provide on webchat may be retained for up to fifteen months, after which period it will be destroyed in a secure manner. 

All personal information held by New Forest District Council is held safely in a secure environment.
