Former Lymington Police Station Appeal
An appeal was made to the Secretary of State against the decision of New Forest District Council to refuse to grant planning permission under application 20/10938. The appeal will be considered by means of Public Inquiry The procedure that will be followed is set out in the Town and Country Planning Appeals (Determination by Inspectors) (Inquiries Procedure) (England) Rules 2000.
The appeal was considered by an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under Section 79 of the Town & Country Planning Act (as amended) at a Public Inquiry which began on Tuesday 26 April at Lymington Town Hall.
