The Council's Performance Page explains  the Councils' Performance Management Framework.  Through a framework of review and monitoring of performance it aims to combine 3 key elements of planning:

The Council's Corporate Plan Leading our Forest Communities sets out how the Council will continue to engage with the people of the area to shape the future of the New Forest District.The plan sits at the top of a family of Council strategies and plans linked to the Sustainable Community Strategy for the whole area.

The Council's Local Strategic Partnership for the New Forest District is called the "Changing Lives Partnership". The Partnership's Sustainable Community Strategy, provides the vision for New Forest District, what the strategy is designed to deliver and how this works with other plans.

The Council's Performance Plan: Performance Matters,  shows the Council's achievements against the Corporate Plan through key targets and performance indicators.
