View the Electoral Register

The electoral register lists the names and addresses of everyone who is registered to vote in New Forest. It is sometimes called the 'electoral roll'.

The electoral register is a public document, and is available to view under supervision at our main office at Appletree Court.

Make an appointment

To view the electoral register, you will need to make an appointment. You can do this via email using the link below.

You can also make an appointment via phone by calling 023 8028 5445.

Opening times: Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.15pm, Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm.

Restrictions

There are certain restrictions in place when you view the electoral register.

  • It is only possible to view the current published register.
  • You are only permitted to make handwritten notes.
  • It is not possible to make photocopies or take photographs of the register.
  • Viewing the register can only take place under supervision.
