Find Business Premises

If your business needs to find new premises, New Forest has an array of commercial properties within its boundary.

We also offer support for moving to new business premises.

Finding a commercial property

The commercial property sites Invest in Southampton and Business Hampshire both provide detail on commercial property availability. They work with local commercial agents to provide a comprehensive overview of premises available. Their websites cover the entire New Forest district and have data supplied directly by commercial agents.

You can search for suitable properties on the Invest in Southampton website and Business Hampshire website.

Manufacturing and distribution sites can be found at locations including Hardley Industrial Estate and Ampress Park in Lymington.

Mixed-use development is located at various sites including the successful New Forest Enterprise Centre in Totton.

Key development sites

New Forest has a range of key development sites which are at various stages of delivery.

Business Hampshire provides details about large new commercial sites and developments, including:

Hampshire County Council is responsible for production of the Key Sites Portfolio. Details of other locations can be found on the Business Hampshire website.

Shared workspaces

There are now a number of co-working (shared) workspaces in New Forest. These offer an affordable and flexible option for your business, as many have 'easy in, easy out' terms.

If you're looking for a start-up office or workshop space but aren't quite ready to lease your own commercial property, shared workspaces may be a solution. Some also provide start-up support and advice for their tenants.

For further information on the shared workspaces, contact our Business Support team by email at BusinessSupport@nfdc.gov.uk.
