What is Body Combat?

Les Mills affiliated. 

A great way to build cardio fitness and burn calories while you shape and tone your entire body. Step in to one of our new BODYCOMBAT workouts and you'll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories along the way. This high-energy martial arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Our instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You'll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Please note: BODYCOMBAT is unsuitable during pregnancy 

CAN I DO IT?

Yes you most certainly can. Our instructor will be with you every step of the way, giving you guidance, support and encouragement. This is a intermediate ability class.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Loose, comfortable clothing for maximum movement
Suitable non-slip footwear
Water / drinks bottle - It is important to keep hydrated whilst exercising. Water bottle filling facilities are available in a number of areas throughout our centres.
Small towel
£1 deposit for locker (20p deposit for lockers in our dry changing room at Ringwood)
