What exactly is Legs, bums & tums?
A persons' legs, bum, and tum areas are often considered the worst parts of the body when it comes to shifting unwanted fat. Our 'Legs, bums & tums' classes are a fun filled way to help tone those wobbly bits and improve your overall body shape.
CAN I DO IT?
Yes you most certainly can! Our instructor will be with you every step of the way, giving you guidance support and encouragement. This is a mixed ability class.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Loose, comfortable clothing for maximum movement
Suitable non-slip footwear
Water / drinks bottle - It is important to keep hydrated whilst exercising. Water bottle filling facilities are available in a number of areas throughout our centres.
Small towel
£1 deposit for locker (20p deposit for lockers in our dry changing room at Ringwood)
