The right way to start your day. Bored of those lengthy workouts to burn the calories and tone muscle, then this class is the one for you.

The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) technique is a perfect blend of fitness and science. This method is designed for achieving muscle failure, and it should be done in proper sets with repetitions. This training exercise involves a combination of weight, anaerobic exercises and repetitions, which helps in the maximum development of the body definition. The basic principle of HIT technique is that it must be brief and intense. Performing these strength and anaerobic training methods will ignite your entire body for burning higher levels of fat, increasing your metabolic rate and improving your muscle definition, insulin recovery rate and aerobic threshold.

CAN I DO IT?

Yes you can, High Intensity Interval Training is designed for people with a good level of personal fitness to provide them with an intensive cardio-vascular workout. Customers are always advised to seek GP's advice prior to undertaking a new programme of exercise or if they have an existing health problem.
