Changes to the way you book and cancel classes

From 1 January 2019 we will no longer be administering class bookings or cancellations over the telephone via our Customer Services Centre. This service will now only be accessible online, via our Health and Leisure App or at our Centres.

Book via Connect for classes as well as Badminton Courts

Please note in order to log into the app or connect you will need -

  • Card ID - this can be found on your user/membership card. If you do not have a card, you will need to visit reception in order for this to be issued
  • PIN - if you do not have a PIN you will need your Card ID, Member ID and a valid email address on our system. Once you have these please select Set/Reset PIN
  • Member ID - this can be found on any till receipts you have received from us. If you do not know your Member ID you will need to visit reception for this to be issued or alternatively chat now with one of our advisors
