Please be aware that the reduced pay as you go prices shown above, are subject to review annually and therefore may increase or decrease during the period of your membership.

Who can take out concessionary PAYG membership

Disabled persons
Individuals ONLY. Valid for 12 months. Application will require support in the form of 'Blue Badge' or a doctor's letter.

Those in receipt of:

Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Replacing Living Disability Allowance for those 16yrs+. Only valid for the individual receiving the benefit due to their own disability, not those receiving it on behalf of their dependants.
Universal Credit
Only if you are claiming Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance or Employment Support Allowance and not working or in receipt of working tax credits. Your latest Universal Credit award notice will be required.
Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
A copy of recent (last six months) correspondence with the DWP.
Job seekers Allowance
A copy of recent (last six months) correspondence with the DWP.
Council Tax Reduction (excludes Single Persons Discount) or Housing Benefit
Letter from your local council - they will supply a copy on request.
Income Support
A copy of recent (last six months) correspondence with the DWP.

Dependents living at the same address as those receiving Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support, Council Tax Reduction (excludes Single Persons Discount) or Housing Benefit are also eligible for concessionary membership (maximum 2 adults and up to three children).

Therapy
Individuals ONLY. To use facilities for therapy reasons a doctor's letter will be required (including estimated treatment finishing date).
