What is BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music - helping you achieve much more than on your own. You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. 

CAN I DO IT?

Yes you most certainly can. Our instructor will be with you every step of the way, giving you guidance, support and encouragement. If you are new to weights and resistance exercises start with light weights. After a few classes you will naturally recognise the correct weight that suits you. This is a mixed ability class.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Loose, comfortable clothing for maximum movement
Suitable non-slip footwear
Water / drinks bottle - It is important to keep hydrated whilst exercising. Water bottle filling facilities are available in a number of areas throughout our centres.
Small towel
£1 deposit for locker (20p deposit for lockers in our dry changing room at Ringwood)
