What is Studio Cycling?

(Formerly Spin) A high energy class to music performed on specialised stationary bikes and a really effective workout for those looking to improve their fitness, stamina, endurance, tone up the lower body and burn serious calories. You can control the intensity allowing you to control the ride.

CAN I DO IT?

Yes you most certainly can! However, if you have never been to a studio cycling class before then please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the class to be shown the correct bike set up.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Loose, comfortable clothing for maximum movement
Suitable non-slip footwear or SPD compatible cycling shoes (optional)
Water / drinks bottle - It is important to keep hydrated whilst exercising. Water bottle filling facilities are available in a number of areas throughout our centres.
Small towel
£1 deposit for locker (20p deposit for lockers in our dry changing room at Ringwood)
