What are the benefits of Pilates?

Holistic activities such as Pilates are not just about fitness and peace of mind but about balance, co-ordination and posture. They encourage you to see fitness in mental as well as physical terms. Our courses/classes focus on stabilisation, strength, balance, lengthening and core conditioning. Whilst our studios offer a calm, peaceful environment, with air conditioning and variable lighting to create the perfect ambiance in which to do this. Senior courses available.
(Our courses/classes are based on the work of Joseph Pilates.) 


Yes you most certainly can, we offer a wide range of courses/classes from beginner to advanced so something for everyone. Our instructor will be with you every step of the way, giving you guidance, support and encouragement.

Water / drinks bottle - It is important to keep hydrated whilst exercising. Water bottle filling facilities are available in a number of areas throughout our centres.
Small towel
