What can Aerobics do for me?

Aerobics provides you with an effective workout that will leave you feeling re-energised. It can aid weight loss, increase cardio-vascular fitness and improve co-ordination. If you have never participated in group a group exercise before, aerobics is an ideal class to start with. 

CAN I DO IT?

Yes you most certainly can! Our instructor will be with you every step of the way, giving you guidance support and encouragement. This is a mixed ability class.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Loose, comfortable clothing for maximum movement
Suitable non-slip footwear
Water / drinks bottle - It is important to keep hydrated whilst exercising. Water bottle filling facilities are available in a number of areas throughout our centres.
Small towel
