What is Body Conditioning?

Following an aerobic warm up this class will then concentrate on toning exercises for the whole body using a combination of dumbbells, body bars and step platforms, finishing up with an abdominal workout. This class will inspire you to get the results you came for and fast.

Advanced: A higher energy aerobics class using step platforms and weights, it's seriously fat burning, relentless and challenging.

CAN I DO IT?

Yes you most certainly can!  Our instructor will be with you every step of the way, giving you guidance support and encouragement. 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Loose, comfortable clothing for maximum movement
Suitable non-slip footwear
Water / drinks bottle - It is important to keep hydrated whilst exercising. Water bottle filling facilities are available in a number of areas throughout our centres.
Small towel
£1 deposit for locker (20p deposit for lockers in our dry changing room at Ringwood)
